Some members have asked what I have done to grow my breasts, I have been taking mainly for years, Trip strength Mamalary, and fem herbal supplements like solaray sp-7, and ovary concentrate, the recommended doses, and doing as much BE massage as possible, and used [no longer needed] a vacuum breast pump of my own design , and the pure will of really wanting to be fem and having large tits really does helps, I noticed immediate growth from first doing the circular nipple massage , and had significant grown In a few years,, one can get the supplements now on Amazon FYI, google BE massage. and ask me about the vacuum pulp if interested, also lately I have been using a TENs unit on my breasts, with positive results and it feels wonderful,,,, I have also taken other OTC supplements from time to time and at one time had a prescription for estridol for a half year but already had D cups by then. I think I used the shot gun approach, doing any thing I could find for BE. an Im not sure what worked best.
