More Non-innuendo

That'd make it Nonnuendo? Yes?

Anyway. More glass. And trees and flowers. Hot on the heels of my exciting trip to the Neustadt and Queens museums and all the Tiffany glass there, was a family visit to central Florida! I got to tour the Morse Museum, which has one of the largest private collections of Tiffany glass!

It was nice to see flowers this time of year... even poisonous ones!

This tree was nothing but flowers, and probably 30' tall! A golden trumpet tree for my botanical minded friends.

And really... what's a trip to central Florida without a visit to Epcot!

second one is incongruous ,those birds are upside down filter feeders haha they can't eat out of a hand .

Not entirely correct there little whisperer... In nature they do feed upside down but they'll definitely take food from your hand if they're tame enough.

It was... the sheer size of some of the panels (hard to tell from the photos) made them jaw-dropping!

The detail in the glass work is incredible. Is that a bee flying up into that 1st pic of that poisonous flower? Great shot!

Happy little bees.

I'm sure glad those flowers aren't here, or they'd be reduced to ice chips worthy of putting into a window.

One day Wifey and I hope to have a tiny home we can pull with our truck so that whenever we want (like when Old Man Winter tries to blow us away) we can depart from home base and relocate somewhere else for a while. It's always fun to travel. Why spend the money heating our home through the worst of winter when we could winterize the place and lock it up and go spend that money roaming warmer climes? That's our hope. One day.

Such beautiful glass! I'm going to have to add that to my list for a future Orlando visit.

I was at Epcot yesterday...omg...the crowds were...challenging. (Food and Art festival...lots of people carrying alcohol and not paying attention to what they were doing!!) It was still an awesome day.

Oh I saw the adverts all over the park for the festival... I was so glad nothing was happening when we were there as my daughter was the one carrying alcohol and not paying attention to what she was doing lol!!!

We made the mistake of going to Universal once, the day before Christmas. WTH was I thinking!

Oh, I tried not post this but you kept taunting me with non-innuendo titles. FINE GLASS, BABY, FINE GLASS. I know, the ass joke was too obvious and that's why you said non-innuendo, it just builds up inside and I have to cut it loose...

Okay, whew. More artistically, I can hardly wrap my brain around the artistry, vision and effort that went into those amazing works of art. Thank you so much and thank you for adding a stop the next time I am in Florida!

Oh, you hit the nail on the head, that one picture IS enamel! The Tiffany studios also did enamelwork and jewelry (he was the son of the founder of Tiffany Jewelers so that was kind of in his wheelhouse already)
