 In the late 50''s early 60's when all the reports were happening my Dad said two things that made a lot of sense:
If God made this world he made many more, a day is but a 1000 years to God,
they could millions of years ahead of us!

They came, they looked and said "Lets get the hell out'a here, these people r
FUBARED.....LOL!
I think he was correct!
